Our Current Bean Selection

Our exclusive coffee for bluwatur bakery, this blend is specifically made to stand up to, and compliment, the many baked goods found within. Roasted just to the end of Medium, it’s happy with a splash of milk or taken black.

The Old Reliable of our company. A robust, strong bodied blend of Colombian and Mexican coffees. Roasted to the start of Dark, this bag has a delightfully heavy body with very little bitterness. Stands up to milk and sugar.

Due to popularity, it’s become a staple of ours to always have a Single Origin from Papua New Guinea on offer. Roasted well into Dark, this coffee has a smooth mouthfeel, deep flavors and a comfortable smokiness. Milk and sugar are close friends to this roast.

Burundi is a new origin for us, and it’s already becoming a favorite. Hints of cooked fruit, gentle sweetness, and refreshing wine like acidity. Roasted to Medium, this coffee has a mild body and doesn’t linger on the palate. Measured use of milk and sugar to avoid overpowering.
